Cancellation Policy

We operate a 48hour cancellation policy. This means that any cancellations made 48 hours before your session is due to take place will be rescheduled or fully refunded. Any sessions cancelled less than 48 hours will be fully chargeable as the slot would have been reserved for you and cannot be passed to another person in a short space of time.
